As a  Software Developer, you will play a key role in leading the design, development, and maintenance of Neotree’s technology platform. You will contribute hands-on across the full stack, mentor junior team members, and help drive technical decisions that shape the future of our system. 

The Project Officer shall assist in the day-to-day implementation of Neotree across existing hospital sites and support setting up of new sites in Kasungu District. The project officer will work closely with the clinical staff across all Neotree sites in Malawi and the implementation team within GHII.

The main role of the Community Engagement Officer is to promote and enhance community engagement activities for Kasungu district, the project would like to hire a result-oriented Community Engagement Facilitator who will work with the project team in line with the Neotree project's community engagement strategy.

The main role of the Data Analyst is to manage, analyze, and interpret health data collected through the Neotree platform to support evidence-based decision-making and improve neonatal care. This involves cleaning, transforming, and maintaining large datasets while ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility in compliance with the Malawi Data Protection Act. The Data Analyst also manages data flows between Neotree, DHIS2, and other systems, and tracks complementary data sources—such as paper-based records—to identify critical variables for integration.
