A high number of graduates from 4-year degree programmes are finding difficulty in securing jobs in their field. Individual internship opportunities are limited and have limited support and mentorship, reducing opportunities for learning.
We recognize that many technical professionals have an interest in electronics but have no formal training. The Electronics Club is a fun way to pickup some basics and put them to practical use. The Club meets every Saturday from 9am until noon.
Our master degree in applied global health informatics provides a structured learning environment through which students can develop the competencies necessary to be leaders in this field.
Based on the 3-Credit graduate level course BIOINF-2124 at the University of Pittsburgh. Lectures in the morning and site visits in the afternoon. Maximum of 10 trainees. Residential (reduces late starts, allows for more learning time, increased trainee networking)
