The Human Resource Officer is responsible for implementing systems and processes to support GHII’s staffing needs. This includes developing and updating HR policies, overseeing recruitment and employee performance management, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting professional development. The HR Officer will work closely with project leadership and administrative teams to forecast HR needs and ensure efficient staff management across the organization. S/he ensures consistent and uniform implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malawi labor laws.

The Country Manager is, under the Principal Investigator, the senior management representative for Neotree in Malawi. You will pivot the organisation from a research-focused project to a scalable national program. You will hold the primary relationship with the Ministry of Health (Digital Health and Reproductive Health Directorates), oversee complex grant implementations (including UK Government/Wellcome funded projects), and lead a passionate local team of clinical, technical, and research staff.
