Internship Programme

A high number of graduates from 4-year degree programmes are finding difficulty in securing jobs in their field. Individual internship opportunities are limited and have limited support and mentorship, reducing opportunities for learning.

There are many important problems to be solved through innovation, but limited resources to work on them. We have adopted a service-learning model where interns work on problems relevant to healthcare in Malawi. Our group internship program builds on “learning by doing”, and peer support from fellow interns.

We encourage you to visit the Training Center to meet our interns and see first-hand some of the these projects.
